Th e team at AstroJudge provides excellent customer service. First instance: I had done a report with them long back. Could not find it later, emailed them and they immediately re-shared the PDF. 2nd instance: Several months after that, I had to take a personal decision and I wanted to leverage their support. Reached out again asking about their pricing chart for an exclusive, issue-oriented reading. They did it for me within a span of 2/3 days and they did it absolute free of cost. They did not agree for taking any payment, even when I offered it again. This might sound very small but for me, this is an outstanding customer service, which is rare in Indian market.
